Park Run and Beyond

Park Run and Beyond provide coached running sessions aimed at improving endurance running & overall health & fitness.

These sessions are for all abilities & focus on technical aspects of running (form, posture, cadence, breathing).
 

Track sessions consist of warmup & drills followed by repeat/interval training or threshold work, ending with warmdown/stretching.

Foundation sessions follow a similar format but are less intense and often involve running on the roads/trails around Harlow.
