We offer Personal Training on an 1-to-1 basis

These sessions are available from Adrian & Sharon.

We will produce you a customized training plan 

based on your personal goals then provide

1-to-1 training to enable you to meet those.

We are fully qualified both as PTs and as
Athletics Coach and specialise in improving

running speed, adding muscle & losing fat.
