By purchasing & attending a session you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”). It is your responsibility to read and understand the Terms before joining. Participants must adhere to the terms at all times.

 

1.  Sessions are open to adults or to under-18s accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

2. All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and tolerant manner towards all other participants & coaches.

 

3. All sessions must be booked in advance via our store: https://www.parkrunandbeyond.com/store

 

4. All participants must have completed our PARQ form & if necessary obtained medical clearance to take part: https://www.parkrunandbeyond.com/forms

 

5. You agree that any medical information provided by you on the PARQ form is true and accurate and that it may be used to treat or otherwise assist you as a result of illness or injury sustained from your participation in any session and/or used by assisting medical personnel where deemed necessary. Further, you agree to inform us of any change to your medical details from the date of completion of the PARQ which is likely to affect your participation in training sessions.

 

6. You must inform the coach (prior to the start of a training session) if you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to participate in the session.

 

7.  If at any point you feel unwell or unable to carry on with the session you must immediately inform the coach.

 

8. Participants are responsible for wearing suitable kit and, where required, bringing the correct equipment to a training session.

 

9. You are responsible for your own personal property during training sessions and events and we accept no liability for damage or loss to your property that may happen at any premises or location we use.

 

10. As set out above in the Terms, participation in training sessions and events is at your own risk.

 

11. These Terms may be revised from time to time and the latest version will be available on the Website. Any amendments will be effective once the revised Terms have been posted on the Website.  In addition to the Terms, all participants agree to be bound by any policies put in place from time to time and published on our social media channels or our website.

 

12. We will process your personal data in accordance with our privacy notice which is available on our Website.

 

13. We may post photographs, images and/or footage of our participants on our Website and on our social media channels from time to time. As a participant, you consent to your appearance in sessions, events and/or other related activities being filmed, photographed, recorded and used by the for the purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion in relation to the Park Run and Beyond.
